IDW Base is not responsible if the wrong address is provided during the booking process. Make sure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the order originally placed for you, free of charge.

Package tracking information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, but sometimes tracking is unavailable due to free shipping.
What if my tracking says "no information available at the moment"?
For some carriers, it takes 2-5 business days to update the tracking information in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and your tracking number is still missing, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in one package?
For logistical reasons, items within the same purchase are sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
