Right of cancellation

All products, except made-to-order, can be canceled for a full refund at any time until the order has been shipped.

For custom-made products:

• Orders canceled within 2 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
• Custom orders that have already been delivered cannot be cancelled.
